I'm Satendra — a Technical Manager based out of Noida, currently leading the engineering and delivery function at Clickinpedia Private Limited.
My day-to-day sits at the intersection of three things: shipping reliable software, running a team that genuinely enjoys their work, and translating the demands of clients and stakeholders into roadmaps engineers can actually execute. Five-plus years in, I've learned that great delivery is mostly clear writing, calm meetings, and removing things from people's plates.
Before management I cut my teeth as a full-stack developer, which is why I still spend an unreasonable amount of time in code reviews — I find it's the cheapest way to stay honest about the systems my team is building. When I'm not at a keyboard you'll find me on a Royal Enfield somewhere on NH-9.
